5.1 How AI Is Used

  • Interactive workbook panels within courses use Claude to generate personalised feedback based on your inputs
  • The AI generates responses in real time based on what you type or submit
  • AI-generated content is not reviewed by a human before being displayed to you

5.2 Data Submitted to AI Tools

  • Text you enter into AI-powered workbook panels is transmitted to Anthropic’s servers for processing
  • Anthropic processes this data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and API Terms of Service
  • Anthropic does not use data submitted via the API to train its AI models — your inputs are not used for model training
  • We do not store the content of your AI interactions beyond the duration of your session unless explicitly stated

5.3 AI Limitations

AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific circumstances. AI tools within our courses are provided as educational aids only and should not be relied upon for professional, legal, medical, financial, or other critical decisions.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
